What does the course cover?
That depends on the level you are working towards so may include: email, the internet, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, IT security
This qualification aims is to allow you to work confidently, effectively and independently in life, by developing practical skills in ICT which can be transferred across situations and contexts.
Duration:
The course goes at your pace, but typically lasts for 6-8 weeks, based on 4 hours per week of learning.
